Terms of service

These terms apply to business growth, lead generation, website, and visibility services sold by J.R. WINTER LLC. By paying for a service or asking us to begin work, you agree to them.

We provide the services described in your agreement: lead generation, website design and hosting, online visibility work, consulting, or a combination. Service plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of business facts you give us: name, phone, address, license numbers, photos, and claims about the work you perform. We will not invent reviews, awards, or licenses.

Either party may cancel before the next renewal. Access to managed services ends when the subscription ends unless a transfer is arranged in writing. See the refund policy for charges already collected.

The service is provided as a professional business engagement. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs, or revenue.Pennsylvania law governs these terms. Contact Outsidedog2025@gmail.com with questions.
